Automatically Saving Email Attachments

Does anyone know how to automatically save attachments in emails which have a preformatted subject line. The suject line contains information that is unique to each email sent.
I am currently getting between 20 and 50, and this is rising, of these per day and need to filed so that other users can access the information in them, I am trying to remove the human element. Any help appreciated. TIA
