Autometic express of numeric value in text in MS exel.

Suppose in A1 cell a vale inserted 100 and in B1 another value 200 is inserted. Now If C1 cell represent A1+B1=C1 i,e, C1=300 then how this 300 value can autometically typed in text in another Cell D1 i,e, in D1 “Rupees Three Hundred Only” can autometically generate. Remember every time the nos can be change. Hence the text prt also should be change accordingly. I’m Using MS Office XP. CAn anybody help me out?
