Avanza Solutions – CRM Software

My firm is considering purchasing CRM-in-a-box software from Avanza Solutions. Has anyone ever heard of them and if so are there any thoughts about this product and this vendor?

The Avanza CRM is really good. It is deployed on many places in Middle East and Asia. It is very stable and provide comprehensive reports.

Useless..Don’t make a mistake

Avanza is really a joke when it comes to CRM. It is just a patchwork of some disparate crm related application connected through a middleware. It is not scalable and the architecture is obsolete. It is also very limited in functionality. It is a not a real crm product. Only a makeshift effort. Plus the company is not financially viable in the long term. Could shut down at any time.

Avanza is one of the biggest company in Pakistan having an strength of around 450 people globally.

I am using their CRM Solutions myself and it is very stable and extensive. i belive it is having more then 17 deployments Asif Pacific and Gulf Region.

well apart from others let me tell u about my experience about AVANZA’s CRM.. Its really a witty application on the name of CRM.. lol..
without any RnD it is made by copying n pasting from difference Banking Level Applications..
I’ve had been working on this product in an organization.. i m ashamed of myself when i call it a CRM..
its not CRM,
