AVG Anti-Virus PE TCP Service CPU Usage

Is anyone using Grisoft’s AVG Anti-virus 7.0 Professional Edition? We are having 100% CPU usage on the TCP Service. We are using a dedicated win2003 server with 512RAM and 2.8 Pent4.
