Can anyone tell me where I can dl the most recent vers. of bios from Award?
–please read… explains why I want a site to dl from–bios details at end–begin story/rant–
I’ve already tried 4X going to the official site and filling out the req.form, but all I ever get back from them are form-fed msg’s like..
“thanks for applying for…I’ve got a few questions, so please contact me…
Within 24-48 hours I’ll get 3~6 of these, each with a different name on them. Some have no name at all. All of them are otherwise identical.
I tired of waiting on Award. Since I can’t sit on hold waiting for a live person for my entire 30 min. lunch break), I’m stuck with calling from home; which isuseless as I sit on hold…right up until the point where they close. The “pls hold, a rep with be with you shortly” comes & goes btwn music, then it either hangs up or gives me a “we’re sorry, we’re closed for the day, please call back tomorrow btwn the hrs of…”
A few days will pass, then I’ll more of the auto-reply mails. After about a month I give up and start the whole thing again.

Below you’ll find the info that Award states they need to identify my board and bios so they can provide the right update. Feel free to try & call Award. If you can’t reach a live person, can you contact their high-command & forward a copy of this to them? I’ve tried the links on their site. All I get are return mails that look like a computer took an preset msg, slapped my name in the To: line and sent it out without actually telling an actual person.
