I'm doing a cover for a book, and its background is blue. My problem is when I place a logo on the blue background, a white background of the logo appears. I want the background of my logo to be the same as my cover background. I'm using corel draw 9. Help Pls. thanks

Alright, a.. does Corel have the magic wand command? If you click on magic wand tool, and then click on white boarder and click cut, the white boarder will disappear, it will be transparent, so you will now see that blue background. I bet it has, just keep looking on the tool box.

Please send comment if you found the tool or not. You can send me snap shot of your Corel interface, I will sure send you a solution if I can see the interface.

You didn't make the background of the imported logo transparent. You need to do that. Did you create the logo in Corel? Is it a gif or a bitmap?
Here's how to do that in Corel 7/8. I doubt 9 changed it all thsat much.
