Backing Up Outlook Express .DBX Files

I have rolled out a domain that has a Windows 2K server with Windows 2K workstations. We are using Outlook Express for email. I would like to backup the .DBX files without having to do it manually at each machine. We are using Backup Exec 8.0 forbackups however we do not have a remote agent. Is there a way to change the file location of the .DBX files to a network drive?
