Backing up Outlook in 2003

By house ·
I am going to be swapping the <.pst .ost .pab .nk2 .dic .msg .srs> files between two machines.

Basically, I am transferring everything over due to a job title switch between two members of our billing dept. They need all of their email archives within the sent, inbox, and various subfolders.

Are there any solid free utilities available for this function or do I need to do this manually? I am not much of an office guru so please advise.

Chris

Ps - The accounts are standalone clients. We are not using an Exchange system on the server end.

Also, is there anything that I need to watch out for - bugz, issuez, concernz?

I will be thoroughly testing through a brief lab, so I should be ok.

There is a good utility for performing that function available here:

I've done it manually with much difficulty, but I'll add this tool to my collection. I've been looking for a while for a utility like this one. Thanks.
