Backup and Restore from 2k or cdr

By itbabe50 ·
I did a backkup of my win98se pc to a win2kpro pc on my peer to peer network. When I did a test restore on a couple of files I received a message indicating that I didn't have the proper administrative privileges to complete the restore. There areno password requirements on the 98se machine, and I was logged in as the Admin on the 2K. Any ideas?
Also, will I have this type of problem if I burn the backup file image to a cdr and try the restore again from the cd on the 98se machine? Help, please.

Share the 98se machine (full share) or make username and password on 98se. If you burn and restore on the 2K make same. If you burn and restore on the 98se you should not have the problem.

If you are logged on the w2k pc as administrator you need to also be logged on to the win98 pc as administrator with the same password as the w2k pc.
