Backup exec 9.1 database

Can anyone tell me how to use an existing database of backup exec 9.0 (running on w2k) on a new installation of backup 9.1 on a windows 2003 server. I tried copying the files in the Data, IDR, Catalogs, ECM, Logs and Reports folders to the new installation but it did not work.

Any ideas will be appreaciated.
