Backup system design

Hello everybody, I need to design a backup system for desktops. The desktops operating systems are: Windows XP SP2, Mac OS X (10.3, 10.4).

This system must run automatically, without user intervention. The total amount of desktops is around 80 and their total HD capacity could be around 20 TB.
