Backup windows 98 over a peer to peer

My small business network is all windows 98 and windows me machines. I’m looking for a solution to backup these machines to one central machine with a large HDD. These pc’s have static IP addresses. We also want to backup pc’s at a remote location through a VPN tunnel that also have static IP addresses. We are not interested in backing up the entire machine just by extensions or folders.
