barcode scanner parallel

sir i have a machine with 25 pin parallel port and i want to transfer my data from a usb barcode scanner.Is it possible ?

but you may be able to use a bidirectional adapter to get the scanner to communicate with the parallel port...found this with quick search

Tiger Direct is one of the leading online retailers. Does your country have a localised version? Tiger Direct was the first link that came up on a quick internet search I did using DuckDuckGo. So, use your search engine and search the term parallel to USB adapter, and perhaps a vendor in your area will be in the results. You also want a bi-directional adapter and cable to enable full communication from the USB device to your parallel port. Note that this still may not work as technology has progressed a long way from the time when parallel ports were common.
