I have personally struggled with staying in good shape and being healthy while leading a busy work schedule. Please share your biggest challenges when it comes to keeping fit/healthy, losing unwanted weight and sticking to a fitness regime ?

I have no time. I get really tired if I work out before work. After work, I just want to relax. I work out hard during weekends like 1 hour and 30 minutes. During the weekdays I do light work out like quick 3 laps around the neighborhood with some sit-ups and push-ups. I need to lose 30 lbs. I will be good.
