I have an on-line staff directory project that is killing me. Our company has about 3,000 employees at five locations. We have an intranet that is currently used to deliver sensitive information to staff. Step one in our project is to set up links to our legacy system that holds our data to some delievery method. Our project leader wants to write client software to access the data via “ms access” on a server. I on the otherhad thought an oledb legacy system link via to an sql server through web pages queries is the best way to go. Anyone have any thoughts?
