Best help desk software.

I would like to know what is the best help desk software out there.

I will need it for a one man operation supporting about 150 pcs 2 servers and 75 staff members. Network, PCs etc.

  We use Track It by Intuit which used to be Blue Ocean. http://www.blueocean.com/
  We use the Medium Business because of the node count. Small business only does 99 nodes and we have 150 PC’s , 50 laptops and 14 servers.
  It generates tickets, PO’s, Software Audits and more.E-mail me if you need further.

  Track-it is slow and cumbersome, written by people that don’t use it. They spend a lot of time creating new bells and whistles but forget making it fast or easy to use. Now that Intuit has it, the support might become better as Blue Ocean support thought they were God’s gift to IT!
