BEST SOFTWARE FOR UNLOCKING PDF DOCS

what software do you suggest for unlocking pdf files to where you can edit it, or convert them to a word file. There are a few programs out there, which ones do you like best. thanks!

I would recommend a product called Able2Extract. It extracts PDF files to word and excel quite nicely, even if locked.
