I’m the Test/QA Manager for our organisation. I find myself having to produce various documents from strategy to day-to-day practicle instructions.
I have identified that I find it difficult to produce this documentation. Is there any way that I can improve on my documentation skills (other than experience)?
Has anyone else faced similar problems? How did you resolve them?
