BIOS password hack on Siemens Mobile 350

I have a problem with one of our laptops – for some reason the USB port has been disabled in the BIOS and the BIOS is password protected. I don’t know who by and Siemens are no help at all.

I know there are some BIOS hacks available but I’ve tried a few of these with no success.

Does anyone have any good ideas? Thanks in advance.
