BIOS Update for a Promise Ultra1-TX2 interface card

Hi there –

I would like to update the BIOS on a Promise Ultra100TX2 IDE Interface card in order to achieve 48bit LBA support. Promise has what appears to be the correct (downloadable) BIOS and driver, but nothing about procedure. I have never updated a BIOS before and I am uncertain about how to proceed. Can anyone help?
