    Bizarre Networking Issue!

IT admin in a large warehouse for a very large company. Location only has about 40 computers, laptops and desktops. One month ago a workstation began to have massive degredation in speed. 45mbps is typical here using an online speedtest – this one was under 1mbps. Swapped in 2 more desktops and 3 different laptops, and they all get terrible speed. Rebooted the Cisco switch and speed was back for about 5 days. Problem has now come back, but the BIZARRE part is my co-worker plugged in his laptop and he is getting perfectly good speed every time. Cabling/Data company repunched lines at ports, Cisco did a test and is still wants to run more tests. I’ve been a L2 Desktop support guy for 25 years and can’t understand what is going on. It’s usually the one computer that is slow and the others are good. This is the other way around. Thanks all!
