Black Listed!!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Hi, I believe that my domain name has been black listed. I have two domain names, and many of my clients can send and receive from one but not the other. I believe that this happened because my e-mail server was “hacked” into and use as a relay for spam. What do I have to do to confirm that it is in fact black listed, and have it removed?
