    I have an acer swift 114-32 laptop , and it was working very well up until this morning I tried to turn it on. and the logo appeared but after that thee was a black screen, i kept turning it off and on for a while then just decided to leave it there after 15 minutes i tried again and this time it wont turn off its keyboard is lit and i cant turn it off the screen is also black as the keyboard seem to not working i dont know how to re start it, the keyboard was perfectly fine idk what happened i also take a lot of care after use i put it always in a safe place.

      This sounds like a software problem with windows. Can you still reach the bios? (If you don’t know how to get to the bios, power off the laptop, and turn it back on. While it is turning on, repeatedly press f2 until something shows up.) Unless you know what you are doing, do not mess with settings here, just tell me whether or not you can pull it up. To leave the bios menu, press f10.
