Does anyone have experience in deploying the BlackBerry wireless e-mail desktop software in a large enterprise? I am faced with upgrading the desktop manager software from v2.0 to 2.1 so that the enterprise may take advantage of new wireless messaging features. Unfortunately the 2.1 upgrade does not maintain intellisync user settings. This means I cannot push the app to my users; we must visit each desktop to deploy the upgrade. Has anyone had to deal with this before?
