Blank Emails

We are having a problem with a emails being sent to a certain domains with the extension .fr, e.g. xxxxxx@airfrance.fr Any emails set to us to these .fr email address’s appear as blank on the other side. Could somebody offer me some possible clues as to what is going on. We are using Merak Mail server on Windows 2000. Users here are using Outlook 2003.
