Let’s say an application that we do not have control of installs some kind of global keyboard or mouse hook. Is it possible to block those events reaching to this application?

With the littlest information you’ve provided, I could understand that you want to block keyboard and mouse events being detected by a third-party application. I have an example that might help you. Most games do not allow auto mouse clicking but there’s this auto clicker similar to the cps test that does automatic clicks at high speed and prevents it to be detected as abnormal in the games. Are you looking for something like this as well?
