I have a weird problem with a VIP at work. Occasionally and with more than one person, when he forwards or replies to an email, as soon has he clicks Forward and the window pops up so he can type his text, just above his signature line in Outlook 2003 this gets inserted:
BLOCKED::mailto:joesmithh@solocup.com?
It really bugs our CIO (who often sees it in messages) but I can’t figure out where this is coming from. Nothing in his sig file or other settings that I can see, and like I said it only comes up ocassionally. Has Trend Micro loaded but not the email scan portion. Doesn’t seem to be a pattern of when it happens.
Has anyone seen this before? Thanks!
