Blue Cross Blue Shield

Has out sourced it’s helpdesk to the east and IT desk top support to Dell. Dell brings in people who are paid $15 bucks an hour with no benefits?. The help desk is beyond description, because it takes more then an hour just to change a password!
If you need more help it could take days.
