Blue screen of death

My server gave a sign of Power Supply failure ( I checked at the power supply icon which was blinking in red colour)
I restarted the server. Somehow, the server gave a BSOD.
I tried to restart the server several times but it still give the same message.
Is it due to the power supply failure or is it a software error?
