Blue screen on windows

Hello. Recently I took out my graphics card in my pc and put it back in everything was working fine know I’m getting a blue screen called system_service_exception and it keeps restarting my computer what do I do?

Hi, just google it and this is a bug from windows. Check if your drivers need some sort of update or anything.

Uninstall incompatible software.
Run a memory checker.
Check for hard drive errors.
Remove non-essential peripherals.
Replace defective or incompatible expansion cards.
Run SetupDiag after a failed Windows update.
Perform a clean install.
