bookmarks and field codes in MSXP WORD

Hi,
I am having trouble in trying to automate repeating data in WORD documents.I want to use a phrase that repeats several times in a document.i have tried Advanced/Bookmark and then Insert/ Field/Bookmark but no joy. Something to do with Field codes I think.

Can anyone help?
