hi,i was using my laptop & i don’t know what my son pressed on the keyboard that makes it to go to standby. I was unable to go to the standby page to continue my work. I could not even turn the laptop off. The power button continues to flash as in standby mode but the screen remain black/blank. I disconnect from the mains. I turn the laptop on & it won’t boot up at all. It will begin booting & after displaying manufacturers name switch itself off. Is this something i can get assistance with from you or i have to visit the high street. Pls help!!!!!!!!!. Thank u.
