If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem. Bridging with XP
The concept of bridging different network segments in Windows XP could be useful when you want to join segments hosted on different media "there and then" using 2 network adaptors; such as using a computer's built-in Ethernet capability as well as a USB-based wireless network adaptor; or a Firewire hook-up. But if you need to set a permanent network bridge between different media; the best solution is a hardware bridge. These often are available for the common network media like802.11a/b/g; Ethernet; HomePNA phone-line or HomePlug power-line media.
