Browser and emails being interrupted.

I have a HP Envy All-in-One running Windows 8. 8GB Memory, 1 TB Hard Drive. When using email or a browser a message pops
interrupting the session “Game Mode” and video is not available. We do not use this computer for any games. What can I do to stop these interruptions?

If it doesn’t happen in Safe Mode, it probably is some program running that causes this. It certainly isn’t standard Windows.Use task manager to find out.

Try turning off Game Mode.

That computer is running Windows 8 and can’t find the game mode setting to turn it off?

Can you tell exactly what happens? I mean that ‘a message pops
interrupting the session “Game Mode” and video is not available’ isn’t clear at all.
