Browser documentation for customers?

I'm wondering if there is some documentation that can help my customers understand the different nuances between browsers and how they interact differently with software and sites. Not to mention updates/upgrades. Some of my customers don't understand why it was working yesterday and today there is an issue that needs to be addressed. I'm looking for a good article that I can use to help explain how fast changes occur and how security works for the browsers.
