My system:
XPP w/sp3
Intel duo core
2 gig ram
One of the issues after installing SP3, is that when i’m clicking on a link in a post, I no long get a new window opening, just the tab at the bottom on the task bar. I then have to click to get full window. Looked everywhere for setting….no can find.
Help!!
