BSOD, Comes up

I have a laptop that will not boot-up, when turned on?.

It starts but will not come up and keeps on restarting, What can I do to get it to boot-up?.

There is more than one cause for your problem.

Can you boot up in safe-mode? If you can, you can check the system event logs for what error is generated.

If you can access the BIOS, you could disable the 'Splash Screen' which would let you see what is happening during the boot-sequence when the laptop reboots.

If you can boot to Safe Mode, go to System Properties (right-click My Computer, select Properties). Select Advanced tab. Click Settings under Startup and Recovery. Un-check Automatically Restart under System Failure.

Then you can read the BSOD and post the error message here.
