I used a program yesterday that ive been using or around a year now, then i got BSoD. so i turned on the computer again and it froze at the log in screen. i tried 2 more times and it always froze at the same spot. (it froze when the accounts are shown). i am unable to use my account since it has a password on it, and if i click on my account, the password bubble will pop up then it will freeze. i am able to use my mom’s account since hers doesnt have a password and if i click fast enough i am able to log in right before it freezes. (thats how im able to post this) does anyone know what went wrong or what i should do? i tried SeaTools Enterprise but i dont know how to use it so its useless for me…
EDIT: used system restore and it didnt realy work
