Bugcheck on Win 2000

I am running a small home network. On one system is a win2000 domain controller. On another system is a win2000 member server and xp pro.
Recently, the 2000 member server has been rebooting because of a bugcheck. It seemingly does this sporatically. It’s will run for a few days and then do this. However, it doesn’t seem to do this whenever I’m in xp pro, which is on the same system.
In event viewer the bugcheck error is 0x00000050.
The minidump log doesn’t seem to indicate what the problem might be and I’ve had no success on Microsoft knowledge base in finding any possible answers.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
