Building a tester/simulator

I want to build a tester to be able to put all of the parts from a smartphone connect them to the tester and test all parts with the processor to figure out how to make phones faster. I also would like to simulate better tech on the same machine to discover better ways to make a cell phone work.

So how much are you prepared to spend?

I would suggest it’s going to cost you quite a lot of money and several bricked Circuit Boards till you get it right. These things do not exist anywhere but the phone makers for that reason.
