building my first computer

ok here is wat i have lined up for hardware if sombody could do some research for me and tell me if this all will work this would be very helpfull.

CPU adm athlon 64 x2 4200, motherboard asus a8n-sli premium nforce, case atx window case with power supply 480w, monitor soyo govideo 23″ hd ready lcd tv, pny verto geforce 7600 gs 512 mb pcie and other misc thing if anybody has and ideas or improvements plz ether post here or send me a email at icap123@hotmail.com
