We have to do something about this. We cant let politicians take advantage of our ignorance and we cant let corporations make us their bitches.
To many politicians manipulate us and get elected solely with name recognition (Arnold and Bush). Everyone needs to weed out these a-holes and vote in some real leaders.

Sorry, I just find it interesting that Haliburton and Bechtel are the primary recipients of the money we are spending to rebuild Iraq.

Anyhow, if you want new leaders, you need to work for them.

Start at the local level, and help groom individuals as candidates for local offices.

Move to the county and state level.

Then get them elected to the US Congress or Senate.

Don’t forget the fund raising.

Well I’ve got some bad news for you show me any person running for office that isn’t getting donations from big business and you are looking at someone that will never get elected.

Sure in the cases mentioned their name helps but I think it is true to say we get the best politions that Money Can Buy! and I don’t care what country you live in it is the same the World over.
