I have just been called upon a project to perform business analysis for a medium organization.I have already met the CEO, who gave me manuals on the business strategies,goals,mission and visions of the company. I would like to interview the managers and users in the respective departments to find out about activities/processes they perform to achieve business results and also gather information on how IT can add value to their jobs.What kind of questions should I prepare for my interviews with the staff ?
