bypass password when refreshing data

We use several reprot programs (Excel Crystal) linked to our accounting software. Each time you refresh the data it asks you for a password for each database that’s linked to your report. This is really annoying. Is there anyway to have the passwordstored automatically or bypass it. (Company policy mandates passwords to access the softare.)
