CA BrightStor Backup for Laptops and Desktops – CAN IT WORK AT ALL???

Hi! We’ve been suffering to implement CA’s laptop backup software for quite a while. Their support is helpful, they have fixed a number of bugs but it is still unusable. Anybody successfully implemented, please?
