I manage a team of 10 data entry staff who are assigned to key-in the hours worked by over 3000 security guards in over 35 branches nationwide. We then run the payroll application at the end of the month to process the salaries.
Since I am also busy with other matters in the office, I cannot possibly check on the amount of data keyed-in by each staff for thenormal working hours from 9.00 am till 5.30 pm.They are in the habit of working overtime and this adds to the costs.
I shall be glad if you could tell me if there is anyway that I can use the data key-in to determine or if there is any utility that can be used to check on them.
