Calendar Issue - Need a solution

Server is Exchange 2000 SP3 on W2K Adv Srv SP3. Problem and question: Client using Outlook 2000 has resource mailbox A and resource mailbox B added to his profile. These two mailboxes are displayed in the left pane of Outlook along with his own user mailbox. Meeting request is sent to mailbox B and also forwarded to Mailbox A. When the meeting request
is accepted in mailbox A, it is added to mailbox A's calendar. How do I get it to be added to mailbox B's calendar as well? Thanks.

Someone still has to accept the meeting request for Mailbox B. When the user goes to mailbox B's inbox and opens the request and chooses accept does it not add it to Mailbox B's calendar? You can set it to autoexcept if you want it to be automated.
