Calendar question

We have an issue with Users trying to use Outlook to schedule meetings with other users via email. Problem the emails are being sent out to the whole firm?? no just the intented user. any ideas?

Sonds to me like they're ading a group to the meeting request instead of an individual. This is an area where watching the exact steps is going to help a lot in determining a resolution. Once you know exactly what contact is being added, try sending a plain e-mail to it and see what happens. Granted that may be a pain for everyone involved but they should understand it's to get the issue resolved eventually.
