    Call abandonment

    Have many of you been experiencing call abandonment and what methods do you use to deal with this if you don’t have the manpower to simply answer all the calls or reply to emails and messages?

      The percent of spam and scam calls must be about 99% of calls made now.

      Why would anyone think badly if we don’t answer or continue such a call.

      Tell me more about your typical call. Is it about that free ipad or you pretending to be Amazon calling about the Apple laptop that was ordered?
