We use outlook and also have a Merlin Legend phone system with VM all connected to the network. We have users that would like to right click on a contact and have the phone in their office call that contact. Is there any way to get these things connected or would I have to attach the modem from the computer to the phone? That would be easy, but the phone system is digital and then I would have to add analog cards to the phones? I think. Any suggestions or information would be useful.
